Agenda: (noun) the set of underlying motives or ideals of a particular individual or group.
Gendered: (adjective) Specific to, biased towards, or belonging to one of the sexes or genders; divided or differentiated according to gender (definitions from OED).
Agendered is a student-based Oxford online magazine and forum, tilting an enquiring feminist lens at the Oxford world as part of a broader gender critical dialogue. In a world where heterosexuality and gender norms are all too oft assumed, and where women aren’t as forefront and centre as you’d expect, feminist and queer theory are well worth applying.
We support community and discussion through:
- a termly online magazine—in depth analysis around a particular theme
- a blog—rapid reaction news and commentary
- a calendar—your own personal agenda of events happening in Oxford
